How it works
Toyamato X EA watches four signals: Bollinger Bands, RSI, Stochastic and MACD. You choose which ones to use and whether all of them must agree (AND) or one is enough (OR). An optional ADX filter only lets trades through when the trend is strong enough. The robot can trade against the trend (default) or with it.
Open trades are handled as a basket. In grid mode the robot can add a limited number of extra trades at set distances. In martingale mode it holds one trade per direction and increases the lot after a losing trade, up to a maximum series length. The basket closes at a profit target or with a trailing stop, and every trade has its own stop loss.
Protection
Drawdown limit
Closes all of its own trades when its drawdown reaches your limit (default 40%).
News filter
Pauses before and after important economic news from an online calendar.
Time and Friday rules
Trading hours, no new trades or full close on Friday, holiday break from 15 December to 15 January.
Loss lockout
Stops trading for a set time after losing trades or a losing martingale series.
Spread and candle shield
No entries when the spread is too high or right after a sudden large move.
Break-even close
One click on the panel closes the basket as soon as it reaches 0 profit.
Important: Magic Number and several charts
One unique Magic Number per chart. Every copy of Toyamato X EA needs its own Magic Number that no other EA in the same MetaTrader uses. If two EAs share a Magic Number, they manage each other's trades.
Several charts = more risk. Each chart trades independently, so several baskets can be open at the same time. The drawdown limit of each copy only watches its own trades, not the whole account. Use smaller lots, and add an account-level protection such as the free Toyamato Account Guardian.
News filter
The robot downloads the weekly economic calendar (the same events you see on the ForexFactory economic calendar) and uses only the news of the two currencies of your chart. Before and after a filtered event (2 hours by default) it opens no new trades; open baskets are still managed. You choose which impact levels count (high, medium, low), and the news lines and pause zones are drawn on the chart.
To use it, allow https://nfs.faireconomy.media in MetaTrader under Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > Allow WebRequest. The robot also shares the calendar with the Toyamato Breakout Zone indicator. The news filter is not active in the Strategy Tester (MetaTrader limitation).

License and refund
How the license works – please read
- Before you pay, you type your 2 MetaTrader account numbers (live or demo, you decide) on the Gumroad checkout page.
- After payment you receive the files and one license key – on screen and by e-mail.
- You paste the license key into the
License_Keyinput of the robot or the indicator. For the indicator, keep the free Toyamato Helper running on any chart – it checks the key online for the indicator. - The software checks the key online and runs only on these 2 account numbers.
- It works on any computer or VPS – at home, on a laptop or on a VPS, even on several at once. Only the account number counts.
- The computer needs internet, and
https://api.gumroad.commust be allowed in MetaTrader (Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > WebRequest) – then restart MetaTrader. - The 2 account numbers cannot be changed later. A different account is only possible with a new purchase.
⚠ Important – follow this order, or the license check will fail
- Tools > Options > Expert Advisors: tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL and add both addresses:
https://api.gumroad.com(license check)https://nfs.faireconomy.media(news calendar) - Restart MetaTrader – close it completely and open it again. The license check works only after this restart.
- Only then attach the robot / indicator (and the Toyamato Helper for the indicator) and paste your license key.
- If the panel shows No connection to license server: restart MetaTrader once more.
After purchase on Gumroad you get the files and a personal license key at once. Enter the key in the robot's settings: it works on the 2 account numbers you entered at checkout – two live, two demo, or one of each, you decide. A 7-day refund applies if the software does not work technically on your MetaTrader (an installation or activation problem that we cannot solve together, or the wrong platform purchased). Trading results and losses are not a reason for a refund – please use the free 10-day demo to test it first. When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated.

Getting started
- Download the free 10-day demo and the PDF manual from the demo library and install it in MetaTrader.
- Allow the WebRequest addresses in MetaTrader (Tools > Options > Expert Advisors).
- Run it on a demo account with one of the recommended pairs and get to know the settings.
- When you are ready, buy the full version for MT4 or MT5 and enter your license key.
Grid and martingale modes add trades or increase the lot size while the market moves against you. This can lead to large losses in a short time. Use them only with a stop loss, a drawdown limit and money you can afford to lose.
